Player and Parent Handbook

The handbook provides players and parents with all the pertinent information regarding the Jamestown Hockey program.

Players and parents are expected to abide by the rules and regulations established within the handbook. Handbooks are specific to the age group of each participant within Jamestown Hockey. The handbook applicable to each respective age group is provided below.

Please review the contents of the handbook and discuss with each participant in your household. For any additional items not covered in the handbook, please contact your parent manager or any board member.

Also contained within each handbook is an incident form. Should you be involved in or witness and incident that requires reporting to the board of directors, please utilize the form to document your experience.

Players at the Peewee, 12U Girls and Bantam levels are a cooperative partnership with Valley City. Players and parents at these levels are expected to abide by the rules and regulations established within the Co-Op Handbook as provided below.
