Player Code of Conduct
Participants of the Jamestown Hockey Program are required to acknowledge and follow the Players Code of Conduct. The Players Code of Conduct is contained within the Parent and Player Handbook available for download from the Player and Parent Handbook page located under the Resources tab.
During the registration process, Parents are required to acknowledge that they have reviewed the Players Code of Conduct with each participant in the Jamestown Hockey Program and that each participant will abide by the rules set forth within the Players Code of Conduct.
The Players Code of Conduct is as follows:
- I will follow all Jamestown Hockey, North Dakota Amateur Hockey Association and USA Hockey rules and regulations
- I will be a team player and respect all others, especially other players, coaches and parents
- I will be on time for all practices and games
- I will not use tobacco, alcohol or drugs
- I will not haze or mistreat any of my fellow teammates
- I will not swear or use foul language of any kind
